University Application Deadlines In the United States
The academic year at U.S universities typically has two intakes, i.e. Fall and Spring. As a result, the universities normally offer two deadlines for application, namely; early admission and regular admission, for the undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree programs. When applying for admittance for Fall, early admission deadlines run between October and November, the preceding year. At the same time, application for admittance for Fall, regular admission deadlines run between February and March, the same year. On the other hand, when applying for a post-graduate (Master's or Ph.D) degree program, the application deadline depends on the semester in which you intend to enroll in, specifically Spring or Fall intake. When applying for admittance for the Fall, the deadline runs from January to March. On the other hand, when applying for admittance for Spring, the deadline runs between July and September of the preceding year. It is imperative to note that these deadlines can vary significantly depending on the different programs, or the university that you intend to enroll in.
